Returns
If your product is defective or damaged in transit, let us know and we will happily send a replacement. You have up to 5 days to let us know of any damages or Issues so we can help resolve. After this period, Carriers are not going to accept any claims.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased as this is the Customers responsibility, and damaged product package due to customer mishandling.
We do not accept returns for any item that is/are broken, or delivered incorrectly or Items that are opened in the package.
Refunds:
Ensure that you do want acquire product because after the business day is up, We will process the order to have it ready and sent. After this if you would like to return, it will be a 10%-40% restocking fee. Refunds and returns are if the product is not defective or damaged in transit. If you are on the waitlist or your order is coming in, in the future, note that this is an item made for you so if you are wanting to back out there will be a 10-20% Holding fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us using the Contact US form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item package is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
We can give you a refund unconditionally only if you cancel your purchase within the same business day hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it back to us or be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Duration of exchanging products will vary depending on buyers location.
If you are shipping an item over $60, We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item thus you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for items that are on sale or discounted. Refund is only applicable to regular priced items. If Item is on Sale or a discount was applied, this item is final sale and no credit or refund will be applicable.
